Interested in making a move to the Research Triangle? The Triangle of North Carolina is made up of Raleigh<\/a>, Durham<\/a> and Chapel Hill<\/a>. This area of North Carolina attracts new residents every day with its young, diverse and educated demographic. It’s no wonder as three prestigious universities reside in this part of the country\u2014North Carolina State University, Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Picking the right neighborhood is a big decision. Both Raleigh<\/a> and Durham<\/a> have a wide range of neighborhoods for every budget. We recommend looking at several different neighborhoods, so you can compare and contrast what works best for you. Having options will make the search for a new home a little less stressful. We at Tomo wanted to elevate a tiny bit of that stress so we created a short list of the best neighborhoods. Our list is sorted by the highest growth within that neighborhood, based on median closing prices, over the past three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methodology<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We looked at the median home close price by zip code during March, 2024 and compared that to the median home close price over the prior three years to determine the percent growth. We then ranked the zip codes, within each state, to determine which neighborhood had the highest percent change (essentially the highest growth).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
