When thinking of writing these remarks I couldn't help returning to the notes that the seller sent me. Sharpshinned hawks come in occasionally to chase the birds & red-tailed hawks nest up on the hill, and you can hear the calls during the day. You will also hear coyotes and owls in the evening.
