What types of loans does Tomo Mortgage offer?

Tomo Mortgage currently offers Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans as well as Refinance options. Our loans can be 15- or 30-year fixed rate terms and 5-, 7-, and 10-year ARMs, and they start at a minimum loan value of $75,000. We can do loans for single family houses, townhomes, condos, manufactured homes, and 2-4 unit buildings and for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. We don’t currently offer loans for mobile homes, construction-only, or co-ops.

Yes. Tomo Mortgage offers refinance loans in 41 states and D.C. There are two types: a rate-and-term refinance, which lowers your rate, shortens your loan term, or removes PMI; and a cash-out refinance, which lets you access up to 80% of your home's value as cash. Our minimum down payment varies by loan type (e.g., conventional, FHA, VA), property type (e.g., single family), planned property use (e.g., primary residence, vacation home), and credit score. Check around, and you’ll see that it’s really low. For example, our VA loans start at 0% down payment, our conventional loans start at 3% down payment, and our FHA loans start at 3.5% down payment.
