I was initially excited to work with because the platform seemed modern and streamlined, but the communication experience was disappointing. After starting the process and reaching out with questions, responses were either very delayed or never came at all. When you’re making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, responsiveness matters. As a first-time homebuyer, I was looking for guidance, clarity, and timely follow-up, and unfortunately that consistency just wasn’t there in my experience.
