This sober, two-bay wide, clapboard "house" with a low-pitched roof and boxed eaves is the last survivor. The 2 story main house has 5 parlors, kitchen & bath with shower downstairs. 9 bedrooms upstairs. Back quarters include two horse stalls. The building needs much renovation. The seller is not cleaning out the property. He will remove some items, but the vast majority of the contents, most of which is hardly useable, will remain.
