Called the "Queen of the west coast", it hosted Herbert Hoover, Greta Garbo, Clark Gable, Babe Ruth and Al Capone. 319 22nd Street West or Chateau Coco is a Custom Built House by a renowned builder. Tile flooring in both bathrooms. -Restored & Renewed Red Oak (old growth) Hardwood Flooring throughout the house and closets (except in above mentioned wet areas- Kitchen, den and bathrooms) -New roofs on house, rebuilt detached carport & detached garage (lifetime architectural shingles) -Large bright kitchen with 27 cabinets & drawers -New stainless appliances (refrigerator, wall oven, dishwasher, double sink with pullout faucet and garbage disposal). 319 22nd Street West "Chateau Coco" is a "West address which is "Coastal" being a short distance from the Gulf of Mexico and is 3 blocks from the mile wide Manatee River.Historic River District".
