Oh my! This house is one of the oldest in the area with a year built of 1885 and that's just not something we get very often in Lane County. The house has 140 years of history screaming to be brought back to the beauty it once was. I see a few original doorknobs, fir flooring, and windows with hooks and eyes (wow!). The main level bathroom has a tub which might be a clawfoot with a base built around it. The original staircase and railing still exist and the trim might be original (if not, it's very old).
