Living in the Borough of Emmaus has always been at the top of my home-buying wish list! I love how the area offers such walkability, making it incredibly easy to explore and enjoy everything the community has to offer! As I walk up to the front of the house, the beautiful front porch catches my eye. I can already envision swaying in my rocking chair, sipping my morning coffee and taking in the views. Once inside, I am greeted by updating flooring, natural paint tones, charming moldings around the doors and windows and tons of natural light. The cozy living room will be the perfect place to unwind from a busy day or when I want to watch a good movie with my family or friends! Off the living room is the dining area. The room is open and spacious, which will allow me to host larger dinner parties with ease. My favorite place in this home is the kitchen...it has everything I have been looking for! The kitchen offers white cabinets, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, modern hardware, granite countertops and a roomy island for additional prep space. Prior to heading upstairs, the bathroom on the first floor is a bonus! I am thankful my guests can freshen up without needing to walk up to the second floor. Ascending upstairs, I can't wait to retreat to my master bedroom at the end of the day. This space offers tons of natural light, neutral carpet and paint tones. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom is updated showcasing a white vanity, modern hardware and a tub shower. Another reason why I love my new home is all the storage space! The basement and detached garage are perfect for storing away my seasonal décor, tools and equipment. Outside in the backyard is where I plan to spend my evenings and weekends during the warmer months…it is truly a little slice of paradise! The paver stone patio will be set up with my outdoor furniture and will allow me to host fun BBQs. The pond is tranquil, the mature trees provide shade, and the yard is private due to the fencing. Once I am moved all in, I am looking forward to exploring my new neighborhood. I love that there are tons of shops, restaurants, parks, schools, fitness studios, breweries all within walking distance! A short drive away are all the big box stores, golf courses, movie theaters and Dorney Park, the local amusement park. I have found my dream home, and I can’t wait to move in!
