Having dinner outside with the lights on.Relaxing on the grassy area with a good book.Top 10 things we love about the neighborhood:Living on Willamette Bv with so much open space you forget you are in the city.Incredibly peaceful neighborhood with almost exclusively pedestrian and bike traffic.The beauty of the neighborhood itself encourages its residents to be part of the regular flow of walkers along Willamette Blvd and surrounding area. Great friendly community of neighbors.The Dog Bowl is right across the street from the house! There are several other parks within walking distance as well. There are multiple great restaurants and food carts within walking distance. When it snows, Willamette Blvd. becomes a winter playground, great for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding!In the spring and fall the coloring of trees is magnificent all over the neighborhood.In the summer, morning and evening walks are lovely; even during the warmer part of the day it is possible to find enough tree covering to enjoy the outdoors.The neighborhood is on one hand secluded, private, and peaceful; on the other hand very close and easily connected to other parts of town, easily accessible by short car rides.
