It's very near Lake Sumter Landing Square and about 15 minutes from either Spanish Springs or Brownwood Squares. Shopping is convenient. The neighborhood is very friendly and everyone keeps their lawns well-kept. The northern exposure of the lanai gives you the chance in the summer, even on hot days, to open up the windows in the evenings and catch the breeze that comes up from the pond. The landscaping is easily maintained and makes the lanai feel very private. It's a great place to catch a sunrise anytime of year. The front porch is a nice place to take coffee almost any morning. It's a very cozy home and I've enjoyed it very much.
