Best Cities in the DC Metro Area

The Washington metro area, also referred to as the DC area, is home to roughly 6.3 million people. With lots of choices on where to live, it can be hard to narrow it down. Are you looking for a strictly urban environment—living in the same city as our Capital, Supreme Court and White House? Or are scenic landscapes mixed with Civil War-era buildings of Frederick, Maryland more your style? What about a combination of the two—Arlington, Virginia combines the best of city life with urban outdoor living. At Tomo, we narrowed down the best cities in the DC area, based on which cities have seen the greatest growth.
