Temple Terrace Neighborhood

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the highly sought after neighborhood of Temple Terrace and would make the perfect starter home, or investment property. We ranked this neighborhood of Tampa #1 based on growth—an almost 72% increase in the median home closing price vs. the median home closing price over the last three years. The population has grown approximately 30% over the past 20 years—to an estimate of 15,351. Surprisingly, since you think of the Sunshine State as having an older population, millennials have been moving into this neighborhood, with the median age of 30.

Methodology

We looked at the median home close price by zip code during March, 2024 and compared that to the median home close price over the prior three years to determine the percent growth. We then ranked the zip codes, within each state, to determine which neighborhood had the highest percent change (essentially the highest growth).
