Bankrate evaluates mortgage lenders based on three key areas: affordability, availability, and borrower experience. They compile data from lender disclosures, regulatory filings, and trusted third-party sources to deliver a comprehensive, objective rating.
So, how’d we get to the top of their list? Well, it’s a huge testament to our team’s hard work. Growing as fast as we have without sacrificing the quality of our care is no small thing. And, of course, people love to save money—what’s not to love about low rates and no added lender fees.
But when we look at our long line of 5-star reviews, there’s something else that stands out: omotenoshi. It’s a Japanese concept that inspired the creation of our company. It’s about anticipating what someone wants, before they know they need to ask for it, so that everything feels a little more seamless and delightful.
